Effect of Setup on Subcontracts

Based on the following setup in the system, W-9 or insurance expiration warnings appear, as appropriate, for users adding or editing a Subcontract.

Global Policy Setupl

eFinancials (or ePO)—Setup—Policies—Global Policies—Vendor Tab

Warn if vendors have no W9 on file

Vendor Required Documents Setup

eFinancials—Setup—AP Setup—Vendors—Required Documents Tab or
ePO
—Setup—Vendors—Required Documents Tab

Set up Required Documents and then on the Required Documents Tab, add a Type of insurance and then set it to Required.
